My wife thought they were ugly so I had to dump them 3 months later. It's interesting you blew the speakers because if I remember they required lots of power. |

Wow, DQ10`s, I remember the first time I heard them. Very impressive, interesting design concept. Those were the days.

Ah, the 70's. Wish I still had my JVC receiver w/the 4-channel add-on and my two AR2ax's in front and my Electrovoice 4-ways in the back. I even managed to replace the woofer surrounds in the ARs in the mid-90s, and they sounded great until I gave them to my son as his garage band's PA system.
Such is life. |

And lets not forget the Advent 201 cassette deck...I believe it was the first with Dolby NR. One VU meter with an A channel/B channel switch....great machine in it's day.
